Returns & cancellations
Crystal Quest’s published terms allow eligible new, unused items in their original packaging to be returned within 30 days of delivery, with approval and an RMA. Approved refunds carry a 30% restocking fee; shipping is not refunded and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Custom and special orders, reverse osmosis systems, filter cartridges, membranes, media and international orders are excluded. Contact Clearhouse promptly if you need to cancel; we will confirm the options for your order.
