Keep your installation local

Our system.
Your plumber.

You purchase the equipment. You choose, hire and pay the qualified plumber who installs it.

A whole-home system connects to your home's main water supply. Before you buy, give your plumber the equipment details so they can confirm the fit and provide a separate installation quote.

01 / BEFORE YOU ORDER

Confirm the fit.

Ask your plumber to review your water source, current water test, household demand, pipe size and pressure. They should also confirm space, drain access, electrical requirements and any local requirements.

02 / GET A LOCAL QUOTE

Know your installation cost.

Get a written quote for labor, site-specific plumbing parts, permits where needed, and any work to prepare the location. These costs are separate from your equipment purchase.

03 / EQUIPMENT ARRIVES

Have your system installed.

Your plumber follows the manufacturer's installation instructions, fits the included leak-detection shutoff valve, checks for leaks, flushes and commissions the equipment.

04 / MAKE IT A ROUTINE

Keep your system cared for.

Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for cartridges and media. A salt-based softener also needs salt refills and settings matched to your actual water hardness.

Keep everyone on the same page

Your plumber's equipment brief.

Use this summary to start the conversation. It is a planning aid; the manufacturer's manual and your plumber's site assessment determine the installation.

Select a product first to include its current Shopify specifications in this brief.

Clearhouse does not book, supervise or collect payment for installation in this concept. Your installation agreement is directly with your chosen plumber.
