Keep your installation local
Our system.
Your plumber.
Straightforward installation by a licensed plumber. You purchase the equipment and hire your installer directly.
01 / BEFORE YOU ORDERConfirm the fit.
Ask your plumber to review your water source, current water test, household demand, pipe size and pressure. They should also confirm space, drain access, electrical requirements and any local requirements. For stainless steel systems, choose a location that limits persistent moisture and salt exposure.
02 / GET A LOCAL QUOTEKnow your installation cost.
Get a written quote for labor, site-specific plumbing parts, permits where needed, and any work to prepare the location. These costs are separate from your equipment purchase.
03 / EQUIPMENT ARRIVESHave your system installed.
Your licensed plumber follows the matching manufacturer’s manual, connects any specified leak-detection shutoff, flushes the equipment, programs the controls and checks for leaks. Included accessories vary by package.
04 / MAKE IT A ROUTINEKeep your system cared for.
Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for cartridges and media. A salt-based softener needs salt refills and settings matched to your measured hardness. UV requires scheduled lamp replacement and quartz-sleeve cleaning. Keep stainless steel surfaces dry and free of salt.
Clearhouse does not book, supervise or collect payment for installation. Your installation agreement is directly with your chosen plumber.
